Last updated November 7, 2026
Introduction
This notice explains what personal information Pencilton Technologies Private Limited, which makes Pencil AI ("Pencil", "we", "us"), collects when you visit pencilton.com or ask for early access, how we use it, and the choices you have. Pencil is pre-launch and our data practices are deliberately small. If that changes, we will update this notice before it does.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is material, we will say so on the site or by email to people who have given us an address.
